Starting in silence, find you through some gentle flow, followed by a deeply restorative yin practice, be held with hands-on reiki, be revitalised with a face mask, warm river stones on your tummy, robozo womb wrapping and grounding essential oils during savasana and the vibrations from my earth, heart and throats chakra crystal singing bowls followed by the tinkling of twilight chimes. Then nourish through herbal tea and treats.
