It’s time to foster a deep sense of inspiration to what potential you can unleash. It’s also time to let go of what no longer serves you.

This is part of a limited edition Spring/ Summer retreat series for my tribe of sisters. Come together to be nourished, find wholeness and experience all of you in the intimacy and privacy of my home. An urban Treehouse sanctuary with French oak wooden floors, beautiful flowers, crystals and bush surrounds. And if the sun is out, we can make use of our new outdoor deck area! Bonus!

Starting in silence, find you through a shared circle of unveiling truths inspired by your marinating at uniquely curated soul stations, followed by a deeply restorative yin practice, be held with hands-on reiki, be revitalised with a face mask, warm river stones on your tummy, robozo womb wrapping and grounding essential oils during savasana and the vibrations from my earth, heart and throats chakra crystal singing bowls followed by the tinkling of twilight chimes. Then nourish through herbal tea and treats.
