Round out your year and gear up for all the xmas festivities with a mini pause for you. Kick off a journey inwards with some 1:1 reiki in my healing ‘soul room’. Then, after applying a luxurious face mask, shift into contemplation through a series of soul stations from meditation to reiki to an infrared- bush sauna designed to bring you to your centre. Share any insights as we gather in circle, before dropping deeper into a yin, sound and reiki journey together. Round out the experience with tea and treats.
