Embrace a new year and gear up for an adventure with an intentional pause for you. Kick off a journey inwards with an invigorating yoga flow on the deck, followed by a healthy, nourishing lunch. Then shift into contemplation through a series of soul stations on what 2024 holds for you from meditation to reiki to an infrared- bush sauna designed to bring you to your centre. Share any insights as we gather in circle, before dropping deeper into a yin, sound and reiki journey together. Round out the experience with tea and treats.
