Join me for a new year yoga flow in the beautiful sunflower fields at Franklin Farm Sunflower Fields.

Commune for a wakeup soul yoga flow to set your day up for success.

Feel free to channel your inner farmer and wear gumboots!

Option to purchase and pick your own sunflowers too.

Our experience starts at 9am so gather from 8.45am to walk to our spot.

Friday’s are doggie Fridays so feel free to bring your dog - they can hang out/ be tied up beside us if very well behaved or possibly left in the car for an hour awaiting walkies in the sunflowers once you’re done.
