An urban Treehouse sanctuary with French oak wooden floors, beautiful flowers, crystals and bush surrounds. And if the sun is out, we can make use of our new outdoor deck area! Bonus!

Starting in silence, drop deeper into yourself with some hands on craniosacral therapy or a hot stone foot massage. Marinate your intentions for the year at various soul stations with guided questions to prompt your inner inquiry while enjoying a revitalising face mask. Share your inner world and intentions in circle. Find you through a deeply restorative yin practice, be held with hands-on reiki, warm river stones on your tummy, robozo womb wrapping and grounding essential oils during savasana and the vibrations from my earth, heart and throats chakra crystal singing bowls followed by the tinkling of twilight chimes. Then nourish through herbal tea and treats.
