This practice is about balancing the masculine with the feminine, the action with the relaxation, fluidity and stillness. The class will represent a fusion of more dynamic flows complemented with long holds to amplify your sense of calm and give your connective tissue/ fascia time to unwind and recalibrate.
When : Monday fortnightly, alternating between in person and online - June dates: 15th June; 29th June online (zoom)

Time : 6.00 - 7.15pm
Wear : Casual, comfortable workout gear and bare-feet.
Bring : Yoga mat if you have one, or we have some for hire, water bottle. We have bolsters, pillows and blocks.
